The Royal Free Hospital, Imaging Department has been undergoing a significant refurbishment project encompassing the replacement of outdated medical equipment with state-of-the-art technology. The three scheduled phases involved upgrading three X-ray machines with new Siemens kits, three CT scanners with new Canon units, alongside installing a new Siemens 1.5T MRI system.
By integrating cutting-edge technology with patient-centric design principles, the hospital aims not only to enhance diagnostic capabilities but also to elevate overall patient comfort and environmental sustainability within its Imaging Department.
