Logan Construction and Ansell and Bailey have completed a beautiful design and build extenion for the Krishna Avanti Primary School in Harrow, London. The construction is timber frame and timber clad with a green roof and exemplar daylighting throughout creating a wonderful teaching environment. The extension is the final phase of a courtyard arrangment, with the Hindu temple as the focus in the centre.

Ansell & Bailey and JC Turner & Sons delivered this stunning new Sixth Form Centre at Wellacre Academy.
As a vocational college majoring in the media, the arts and construction technology, the brief explicitly called for the building to showcase both good design and good building practice.
A highlight of the atrium is the rich texture of the three storey concrete wall where ripped timber planks were used as shuttering showing that exposed concrete can be a decorative feature.

This refurbishment of the Guttman building in the Olympic Village created a state of the art dental facility for Queen Mary University London and BARTS. The unit includes 4 sedation bays and 2 x-ray rooms.
Every inch of space was put to good efficient use to give the facility the best value for money. The users were very happy with the bright open plan space.

This project involved extensive strip-out, refurbishment and extension to provide enhanced facilities for UCL’s Bloomsbury Theatre site.
Facilities provided included a fully refurbished auditorium with new bar areas for both the upper and lower circle, a new rehearsal studio at lower ground floor level together with changing rooms and bar together with dressing rooms, backstage offices , stores and new extended toilet facilities.
The principal elevation for further enhanced by the provision of bespoke LED illuminated canopies with distinctive new signage and platform lifts to both the main and North entrances.
